This Is 40

Hilarious!
My wife and I loved this movie. Found it funny and could relate well. True to life. The title sums it up! Although the younger crowd my not find it very funny and hard to relate to.

Family With Issues
'This Is 40 ' is a frank film about married life, bringing up children, dealing with difficult parents, and just plain getting older. Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann play a married couple, both with fathers who are more than troublesome. It is a film with humor, but often the humor is really forced. I saw the film on HBO, so didn't spend the fortune it takes nowadays to take the family to the movies.

The film takes us several places, downsizing and the economic crisis. Something, however, was missing. The storyline never reached out and took a hold of me. The couple's children are their own children, and the family had real chemistry, which is a very good thing!

Hilarious!
Who doesn't love Paul Rudd? He is a hilarious 40 something actor, and he has done a fabulous job in this movie. My husband and I watched it together, and we both laughed out loud.
